15 Gallon Weatherpak® Fibre Drum When Resistance to the Weather is a Consideration

Our 15 gallon weatherpak fibre drum may be a good choice when resistance to the weather is a consideration for packaging your product.  This drum has a plastic cover and a lever locking ring which holds the cover to the drum body.  The drum exterior is impregnated with water resistant adhesive. The drum interior has a 5 MIL PE lining shown in the picture below.  This is a UN rated drum with a UN designation of UN1G/Y120/S.  Closing instructions for the drum are as follows:

1)  SNAP CLOSING RING OVER THE COVER AND TOP LIP OF THE DRUM.
WRITING ON CLOSING LEVER MUST BE RIGHT SIDE UP.
2)  PULL LOCKING LEVER CLOSED.  IF NEDED, TAP ALONG OUTSIDE EDGE OF
RING UNTIL LEVER IS FULLY CLOSED AGAINST RING.
3)  SNAP THE LATCH INTO THE LEVER UNTIL IT LOCKS.  SECURE WITH A
SEALING WIRE OR OTHER SEALING DEVICE.
