2.5 Gallon Plastic Jugs for Olive Oil and/or Sunflower Oil

Although the majority of our customers purchasing 2.5 gallon jugs use them for industrial use, we have several customers who use these 2.5 gallon plastic jugs for olive oil and sunflower oil.  These food grade, handled jugs are available in a 2/pack reshipper box and in a 24 jug bulk pack box.  Caps are sold separately and are listed below.  We have been told that when using these containers for olive oil they should be stored in a cool, dark place and opened as little as possible to minimize exposure to oxygen.  Also available is an optional 3/4″ florite faucet should that be needed.

63 485 F217 Foam White Plastic Round Item: PCA0630RI10001 UN Rating: Opening: 63 485 Pack: 1000 Foam liners are used extensively for foods, beverages, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, industrial and household chemicals. They have good resistance to acids, alkalies, slow solvents, alcohols, oils and aqueous products. They have poor resistance to active hydrocarbon solvents. These liners comply with FDA regulation 177.1520(c)3.1 for food contact application.

63mm x 3/4 Natural Plastic Round HDPE with EPDM Gasket Item: PCA0630RI00001 UN Rating: Opening: 63mm x 34 Pack: 500 This 63mm cap has a 3/4" center reducer that can be taken out allowing a 3/4" threaded faucet (sold separately) to be attached.
