We stock steel drums in 15 gallon to 55 gallon sizes.  The picture to the right is our MSD5-22-01, closed head or tight head drum.  The cover is not removable.  This drum has one 2″ and one 3/4″ Trisure plug with irradiated PE gaskets.  It also has an olive drab phenolic lining.  More information on olive drab phenolic linings may be found on this page.

Steel drums are available in both open and closed head (tight head) styles.  This page is sorted by open head and closed head drums, and then further sorted by lined and unlined drums.  All drums on this page have a UN designation making them suitable for hazardous product.  The description under each drum will give details such as the type of lining (if lined) and the UN rating.  Drums that have a UN rating would also be suitable for non-hazardous product.  Please be advised that the compatibility of the product with the container is the responsibility of the shipper/end user.  Most drums are either rated for solids or liquids, however our MSD-23-01 drum has a dual UN rating for both solids and liquids.  More detailed information on the MSD5-23-01 may be found on this page.

Closed Head Steel Drums – Unlined – Cover Cannot Be Removed

15 Gallon Black/White Steel Round Item: SDC0015GB2U001 UN Rating: 1A1/X1.4/300 Y2/300 Opening: Tight Head Pack: MOQ 100 PIECES This is an unlined steel tight head drum. It is black in color with a white top. The cover does not come off. It has a 2 inch and a 3/4 inch steel plug with polyethylene gaskets. It has a rust inhibitor. This type of drum is commonly used for storage of grease or similar liquids.
