Containers with a 63mm Opening

Choices for containers with a 63mm opening include selections in glass jars, 2.5 gallon plastic jugs, 4.6 gallon plastic oil bottle and plastic injection molded jars.  A brief list can be found below:

• 16 ounce standard round and 6 ounce straight sided round flint glass
• 2.5 gallon plastic jugs in a 2/pack reshipper (UN Rated) or a 24/bulk pack (NON-UN)
• 2000 ml natural plastic precisionware low density bottle
• 4.6 gallon oil jug
• Injection molded jars in clarified and white polypropylene and clear polystyrene

Glass Jars

We stock a 16 ounce (pint) standard round jar and a 6 ounce straight sided round flint (clear) glass jar, both with a 63 400 opening.  Cap choices for these jars can be found below.

Our 2.5 gallon plastic jugs are available in a 2/pack reshipper with a UN rating or a 24/pack bulk box Non-UN.  You may choose from 2 different caps (sold separately) listed directly below the jugs.  For more information on this bottle, please click here.  Also shown, below is an optional 3/4″ faucet.

63 485 F217 Foam White Plastic Round Item: PCA0630RI10001 UN Rating: Opening: 63 485 Pack: 1000 Foam liners are used extensively for foods, beverages, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, industrial and household chemicals. They have good resistance to acids, alkalies, slow solvents, alcohols, oils and aqueous products. They have poor resistance to active hydrocarbon solvents. These liners comply with FDA regulation 177.1520(c)3.1 for food contact application.

63mm x 3/4 Natural Plastic Round HDPE with EPDM Gasket Item: PCA0630RI00001 UN Rating: Opening: 63mm x 34 Pack: 500 This 63mm cap has a 3/4" center reducer that can be taken out allowing a 3/4" threaded faucet (sold separately) to be attached.

Our 4.6 gallon plastic HDPE bottle comes in a box.  Caps are sold separately.  There are 2 cap choices, and an optional faucet choice, listed directly below the bottle.
