F Style Antifreeze Jugs

We stock F Style plastic antifreeze jugs, in sizes from 16 ounces to 2.5 gallons. Our 2.5 gallon jugs can be purchased in a 2 pack reshipper box or a 24 box bulk pack.  The 2 pack reshipper box has a UN rating of UN4G/Y32/S.  The bulk pack is non-UN.  Caps for these jugs are sold separately.  These antifreeze jugs are translucent natural high density polyethylene and have gallon and litre graduation marks.

We also have non-UN rated F style antifreeze jugs. Our white 16 ounce (pint), 32 ounce (quart), 64 ounce (1/2 gallon) and 128 ounce (gallon) F style antifreeze jugs are fluorinated. Fluorination is a barrier treatment.  One of the more important reasons to use a fluorinated jug is to stop permeation.  What permeation means is that some active ingredients of your product might pass through the container and evaporate.  This could possibly compromise your product.  This is important with products such as fragrances, flavors and penetrating oils, as some examples.

63 485 F217 Foam White Plastic Round Item: PCA0630RI10001 UN Rating: Opening: 63 485 Pack: 1000 Foam liners are used extensively for foods, beverages, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, industrial and household chemicals. They have good resistance to acids, alkalies, slow solvents, alcohols, oils and aqueous products. They have poor resistance to active hydrocarbon solvents. These liners comply with FDA regulation 177.1520(c)3.1 for food contact application.
