All of these 5 gallon drums are UN rated, with the exception of Item # KLW-EC1970NTNA-B, our 5 gallon bottle without the box. The UN designations are listed in the item descriptions below.
5 Gallon Round Drums
Our 5 gallon round heavy duty drums come with a dust cover over the 70mm opening to keep the container clean. Closures are sold separately and are listed below. Please note, our RCKFS70 and our RKC-SC76RTE caps have a 3/4″ center reducer that can be removed, and our optional 3/4″ Flo Rite faucet can be threaded into the cap.
Our 5 gallon heavy duty Delex drums have a 70mm opening and come with a 2″ buttress plug included. The center reducer in the cap can be removed and our optional 3/4″ Flo Rite faucet can be threaded into the cap.
Our 5 gallon heavy duty drum in the box has a UN designation of UN4G/Y31.2/S. The bottle only (no box) has no UN designation. These sturdy 5 gallon drums have gallon graduation marks. Both a 70mm cap and an 18mm vent cap are included. The center reducer in the 70mm cap can be removed and our optional 3/4″ Flo Rite faucet can be threaded into the cap.

Black polyethylene is not food grade.This is a 5 gallon black blow molded container with an integral handle. The closure on this drum is a 2" buttress plug with a 3/4" NPS (National Pipe Standard) reducer and is included. The rectangular shape and stackable design minimize storage space. While our black delex container is good for light sensitive products, please note that the 2" buttress plug is natural in color and does not block light.
