Thick wall injection molded plastic jars are popular with the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. Please do not confuse these jars with lighter, more fragile double wall plastic jars which are produced in two separate parts and mechanically assembled. The solid feel of our thick wall jars conveys a sense of quality to the customer and makes an attractive presentation on the shelf. Thick wall jars are molded from a single piece of plastic. This gives the jars extra durability, and because they are made from single wall construction, the consumer can be assured that these jars won’t come apart during filling, packaging or shipping. Thick wall jars are available in sizes from 1/4 ounce to 16 ounces. They can be purchased in crystal clear polystyrene, clarified polypropylene and white polypropylene. Compatibility of the product with the container is the responsibility of the shipper. Please ask for a sample so that you can test your product with the jars. Thick wall jars are special order and may not be returned.
